High Desert Catering creates elevated, ingredient-driven experiences for weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events across Central Oregon. Whether you’re hosting 200 guests or 12 around your own table, our focus is the same: great food, executed with care.
We’re not a one-size-fits-all caterer - and that’s intentional.
Some clients want a full culinary team, bar service, and seamless hospitality from start to finish. Others want beautifully prepared food without the formality of a full service crew. And a few are looking for something truly special: a guided, in-home dining experience centered around food and connection.
We’ve designed our services to meet each of those needs - clearly, thoughtfully, and without guesswork.

This is our highest level of service, ideal for weddings and elevated corporate events where on-site cooking, a full service staff, and bar service are essential to the experience.

Casual Catering
Exceptional food, simplified service
For hosts who care deeply about food quality but don’t need a full front-of-house team on site.
Most of the food is prepared in our production kitchen, with optional buffet service staffing. Bar service can be added when needed. Drop-off and pickup options live here as well - thoughtfully structured, never rushed.

Private In-Home Dining
Chef’s Counter–style experiences
For clients who want something truly personal and amazing.
These guided, coursed meals are designed for intimate gatherings in your home - complete with optional beverage pairings and direct interaction with our chefs.
